— опыт разработки на Go от 3-х лет
— опыт работы в качестве синьора/лида/архитектора
— готовность брать на себя ответственность за решение бизнес задач и проработку архитектуры решений + помогать/направлять джунов
— прозрачная коммуникация и управление ожиданиями, где ты всегда держишь в курсе текущих процессов и заранее предупреждаешь о возможных проблемах
— готовность к очень аджайл и очень стартап реалиям, где:

*нужно быстро адаптироваться к изменениям в требованиям и приоритетах
* не всегда будет удаваться писать тесты и сразу делать “прям красиво”
* часть текущих решений могут показаться не оптимизированными + настроено не так много удобств для CI/CD и прям минимум мониторинга
* предстоит активно включаться в формирование командных процессов

➕ «заряженность» и «осознанность», когда ты еще раз перечитываешь предыдущие пункты, понимаешь, что с твоим-то опытом можно без напрягов чиллить на всем готовом в где-нибудь корпорации, но тебе все равно интересно прислать CV и обсудить проект
