We’re looking for an innovative and motivated Growth Marketing Manager with an inquisitive mindset and an intense focus on innovation, scalability and user connectivity to drive our marketing efforts.
**What you will be doing:
**▫️Conducting A/B experiments for website conversion rate optimization and all aspects of our marketing (we use #VWO for website experiments)
▫️Providing recommendations for marketing strategy and tactics based on testing and analysis
▫️Working with sales and sales operations to track and manage lead flow and increase conversion rates at each stage of marketing and sales engagement
▫️Building and maintaining various integrations for our marketing stack using low-code tools (#Zapier, #n8n)
▫️Scraping and processing various data (#PhantomBuster, #Snov.io, etc.)
**About you:
**▫️2+ years of experience holding a Growth Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization Manager, or a similar position
▫️Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights (#GoogleAnalytics, #Superset, VWO)
▫️Experience in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (#ActiveCampaign, #Hubspot, #Marketo, etc.)
▫️Experience running A/B experiments
▫️Experience working with no code or low code tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
Good command of the English language
