GoMining is in search of Upsell Manager who will be  join our proactive Sales Team in order to  provide the entire after-sales service for a GoMining's products and make our Clients investment experience a real thrill! 

The role and mission of Upsell  Manager will include :
*Developing a strategy to improve the process and level of  GoMining after-sales service 
*Ensuring customer satisfaction by establishing  nice and effective communication with them
*Monitor and analyse GoMinings Investors  feedback trends to identify and resolve frequent problems
*Inform and update GoMining Investors regarding any changes or updates related to our products or policies in a timely manner
*Designing procedures and documents to encourage problem solving and investors satisfaction
*Increasing the retention rate of existing customers and  their Lifetime Value
*Working closely with Stakeholders, Marketing and Sales Teams in order to improve GoMinings customers satisfaction score 

Your qualification and expertise:

*At least 2 years in Sales or Post-Sales services in Fintech/Investment/Crypto products
*Great communication and client servicing skills
*Team player
*Good command of English, basic Russian
100% remote work, salary: fix+bonus
