HR Generalist
Looking for HR guru to join a fast growing cryptoinvestment project (GoMining).
170+ team members (former CIS, Asia, Europe, MENA, LATAM, Canada)

Main Tasks:
• Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations;
• Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities;
• Manage internal communications in the company, organize corporate events (remotely and offline if necessary);
• Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, contracts/NDAs, salary slips etc;
• Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records;

Your experience and expertise:
• At least 3 years in HR Generalist role on international level in IT, FinTech, Gaming etc, preferably in start-ups;
• Аbility to build HR processes from scratch;
• Attention to detail, willingness to work with documents;
• Experience in organizing corporate events and trainings (including remote ones);
• Creativity (in drafting new benefit and motivation programs for team members);
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently;
• Fluent English, Russian
