📍 Limassol, Cyprus
Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our FinTech client, have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Analyst to join their Limassol office. Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns across web and mobile platforms
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Collaborate with the product team to analyse customer behaviour and engagement on our platforms.
- Provide recommendations for improving user experience and engagement
- Plan and execute A/B tests and other experimentation to optimize campaign performance and user experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure marketing strategies remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing analysis or a similar role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Looker)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and insights to cross-functional teams
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering data-driven results
- Russian language is an advantage

Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our international fintech client, have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior QA Engineer to join their Limassol office. The successful candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of the company’s software products, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans, as well as identifying and reporting any defects or issues. Experience in both manual and automation testing is essential for this QA role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, and work closely with the development team to resolve them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage
- Perform both manual and automated testing to validate software functionality, performance, and security
- Design and maintain test environments, test data, and test tools
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing
- Experience with at least two popular testing frameworks such as Selenium, Mocha, Jest, Jasmine or similar
- Experience with any of end-to-end testing automation tools
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, JavaScript or C#
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Understanding of API testing
- Experience in load testing is a plus
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Russian communication skills are an advantage
