πŸ”΅ Develop and execute a robust business development strategy aimed at accelerating growth and increasing our market share in the CFD and forex trading industry, with a particular focus on entering and growing new markets.
🟑 Lead and manage the sales, business development, and key account management teams, setting ambitious targets, providing leadership, strategic direction, and driving them towards rapid achievement of business objectives.
πŸ”΅ Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and growth within existing accounts, while continually seeking opportunities for new client acquisition.
🟑 Rapidly identify and act on new business and market opportunities, leveraging partnerships, innovative market strategies, and comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to gain an edge.
πŸ”΅ Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to swiftly launch initiatives that support business growth, customer acquisition, and product enhancement.

🟑 Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services industry, specifically CFD and forex trading.
πŸ”΅ Proven track record of delivering rapid business growth, establishing and managing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue growth targets.
🟑 Deep understanding of the CFD and forex trading industry, including products, services, and regulatory landscape.
πŸ”΅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
🟑 Highly motivated, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
πŸ”΅ Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events, meet with partners and clients, and support business development efforts.
🟑 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
