I'm looking for the Head of Business Development to join the leading global #CFD #broker, committed to providing exceptional #trading experiences for clients in over 190 countries in their office in #cyprus

Requirements
🌻 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
🌻 Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services industry, specifically CFD and forex trading
🌻 Proven track record of delivering rapid business growth, establishing and managing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue growth targets
🌻 Deep understanding of the CFD and forex trading industry, including products, services, and regulatory landscape
🌻 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
🌻 Highly motivated, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
🌻 Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events, meet with partners and clients, and support business development efforts
🌻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Responsibilities
🌍 Develop and execute a robust business development strategy aimed at accelerating growth and increasing our market share in the CFD and forex trading industry, with a particular focus on entering and growing new markets
🌍 Lead and manage the sales, business development, and key account management teams, setting ambitious targets, providing leadership, strategic direction, and driving them towards rapid achievement of business objectives
🌍 Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and growth within existing accounts, while continually seeking opportunities for new client acquisition
🌍 Rapidly identify and act on new business and market opportunities, leveraging partnerships, innovative market strategies, and comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to gain an edge
🌍 Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to swiftly launch initiatives that support business growth, customer acquisition, and product enhancement
🌍 Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, utilizing these insights to inform business development strategies and keep the company at the forefront of the industry
🌍 Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting our brand, networking with industry professionals, and establishing new business connections
🌍 Ensure the business development, sales, and key account management teams have a thorough understanding of our products, services, and unique value propositions to effectively engage with potential partners and clients
🌍 Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of our business development efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve rapid growth objectives
