📋Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with company objectives
- Managing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting
- Evaluating and managing financial risks, implementing mitigation strategies
- Leading the finance team and promoting a culture of excellence
- Collaborating with executive leadership to set financial targets and monitor performance

📋Qualifications:
- Advanced English and Russian or Ukrainian proficiency
- Ability to work from Cyprus
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role as Chief Financial Officer or Head of Finance and Accounting
- Experience in systematising or building budgeting processes, strategic planning, implementing budget controlling tools
- Experience with IFRS.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred)
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus
