🔝As a result of expanding our team and experiencing product growth, we are actively seeking a qualified Product Lead.

📌Responsibilities:

— as a Product Manager Team Lead, your primary role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to identify significant growth opportunities.
— you will be responsible for managing a team of product managers;
— conduct competitive analysis and provide insights to enhance customer lifetime value (LTV);
— identify underperforming segments through product statistics and provide insights to increase LTV;
— identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the user funnel;
— lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short-term and long-term goals;
— collaborate closely with the analytics team to develop a robust product reporting system;
— formulate hypotheses and oversee A/B testing initiatives (including UI tests, price elasticity tests, etc.);
— promote new product features and mechanics;
— engage in customer development, analyze NPS (Net Promoter Score), and gather CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) feedback;
— optimize conversion rates by enhancing the user interface and user experience.

📌We are looking for you if you have:

— 5+ years of experience working in product teams with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software to a global customer base;
— proven management experience in leading a team of product managers;
— a deep passion for business growth, with a keen understanding of key performance indicators and a commitment to constant tracking and improvement;
— proficiency in conducting A/B and A/A tests, along with a strong grasp of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI, or equivalents. Ability to draw meaningful insights independently from data;
— familiarity with UI/UX principles and hands-on experience with prototyping tools like Axure, Figma, Balsamiq, or equivalents;
— a strong interest in staying up-to-date with the latest ideas, patterns, and trends in online business growth strategies. An eagerness to share and discuss these insights with colleagues;
— excellent communication skills, including an upper-intermediate level of English;
— a growth mindset, a willingness to take ownership of challenges, and a passion for building innovative products.
