Firebird Tours is a travel company that organizes private and small group tours in Europe. We are now hiring for the position of Customer Support Specialist. This is your chance to join a vibrant international company that is organizing amazing journeys to Europe.
Customer service specialist responsibilities:
-Communicating with customers over email, live chat, cases and phones;
-Find solutions to a wide range of standard and unique situations, driving it to resolutions;
-Help customers with a wide range of questions, including enhancement and add ons for their booked trips;
-Communicating with other departments of the company with a sole focus to ensure that customers have fantastic experience during their trip.
Expectations from you:
-Experience of 1-2 years in a Customer service team is a big plus;
-Solid level of English (C1);
-Solid computer skills (nothing too difficult - emails, google docs, etc. Whatever you don’t know we will teach you);

Our offer:
-750 euro (gross) base salary for trial period, 850 euro (gross) after trial fixed part plus a —performance-based bonus;
-The trial period is 3 months;
-Remote work;
-25 paid days off for vacations and holidays each year.
