Firebird Tours is looking for a sourcing specialist in the HR team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO?

-Labor market analysis;
-Searching for candidates on different platforms;
-Posting jobs on various job boards;
-Search for relevant candidates independently;
-Handle incoming applications;
-Conduct initial screening of CVs;
-Searching for new search tools;
-Accurately populate our candidate database (Huntflow);
-Prepare a weekly funnel report

WHICH BACKGROUND YOU HAVE?

-Graduated IT-recruiter/sourcer courses;
-English level b1/b2;
-Strong communication skills;
-Excellent level of Russian language;
-Work experience in a similar position (will be a plus).
