📈Operational Financial Analyst

Hi! We are building a project in HFT, combining big data, massive computing power, Data Science, ML, and finance.

We are currently looking for an Operational Financial Analyst to prepare financial reports, analyze financial indicators, and develop recommendations for improving business processes.

Responsibilities:

- Management of transaction systems and compliance with trading rules
- Analysis, control, and management of existing risks and limits
- Participation in PL validation processes and developing agreements for specific businesses in close cooperation with the development department
- Preparation of special reports and analysis for management
- Modernization of existing financial services and automation of daily tasks.

**Requirements:
**
- Knowledge of financial analysis and understanding of financial market instruments
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Metabase) and data processing tools (strong knowledge of Python, Excel advanced tools/macros/VBA)
- Good understanding of the blockchain industry
Proficiency in written and spoken English (B1 level)

⭐️ Chief Technology Officer

HI! We are building a project in HFT, combining big data, massive computational power, Data Science, ML, and finance.

Now we are looking for a strong CTO who will share their experience with us and participate in the development of our trading platform.

Technology Stack: C++, Python, Pybind11, Jira, Confluence, Slack

Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing a team in the design, development, and implementation of trading software, as well as its modernization to meet changing business needs
- Leading a team comprising: C++ developers, Python developers, Architect, QA
- Creating individual development plans for team members, conducting 1-to-1 meetings
- Designing, implementing, and supporting low-latency components of the trading platform
- Participating in the hiring process
- Staying informed about the latest trends in developing high-performance and resilient systems

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience with C++
- 3+ years of management experience leading teams
- Experience in performance optimization or latency reduction (low latency)
- Experience in developing multithreaded and network applications
- Knowledge of Linux/UNIX
- Responsibility and attention to detail
- Deep knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

Nice to have:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or similar
- Experience with QT and WebAssembly is a plus.
