💼 Position: Marketing Specialist
🍀 Annual Salary Range: €24,000 - €36,000 gross (depending on experience)
📍 Remote (Preference for candidates in EU and USA)/ office if you are in Cyprus

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the CMO to promote the product worldwide with focus on the EU and USA markets. This role requires hands-on experience in various marketing channels and a passion for driving growth (growth hacking).

🎯Key Responsibilities:

* Social Media Marketing (SMM): Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Affiliate Marketing: Manage affiliate programs to expand our reach and partnerships.
* CPC Advertising: Plan and manage cost-per-click advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
* Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to inform strategies and optimize campaigns.
* Hands-On Execution: Execute marketing tasks across various channels independently and efficiently.

Bonus Skills: Web Design, Graphic Design, Copywriting, Video Editing, Email Marketing, influencers managment

🎯Qualifications:

* Proven experience in social media marketing, affiliate marketing, CPC advertising, and analytics.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail.
* Ability to work without agency, freelancers on some tasks and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, affiliate networks, etc.).
