Join our dynamic TopCo managing a diverse portfolio of technology companies involved in financial brokerage, media, software solutions, and tech consulting.

We're on the lookout for an adaptable, honest, and experienced Head of Family Office to oversee key responsibilities such as:

- Design and implement legal structures to optimize the family office's operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Facilitate and oversee transactions, including the acquisition of companies and strategic investments, providing comprehensive support throughout the deal lifecycle;
- Lead the structuring and creation of investment funds, ensuring alignment with the family's financial objectives and risk tolerance;
- Lead the development and implementation of the Founder personal initiatives and the tracking of progress on stated priorities.

Qualification required:
- Bachelor's Degree from top-notch universities;
- Previous experience within investment banking, a multi-asset, Family Office and/or public or c, especially asset management or hedge funds would also be;
- In depth understanding legal, finance/investments and forward forecasting;
- Previous corporate structuring experience within a multi-asset, and/or Family Office environment where proposals are made based on several criteria;
- Exceptionally strong in problem solving, and communication skills, the ability to ‘get the job done’;
- Exceptional Emotional Intelligence to engage diplomatically, constructively and collaboratively with senior executives;
- Strong verbal and written English.
