Responsibilities:
• Job posting: Ensure timely and relevant job listings on employment websites.
• Talent acquisition: Actively search and source potential candidates through headhunting.
• Candidate screening: Review and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
• Background checks: Conduct thorough background checks and negotiate job offers.
• Relationship management: Foster connections with businesses and potential hires.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience is essential.
• Prior recruitment experience in iGaming is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
• Effective task prioritization and time management are in your skill set.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
