📌We are looking for** Recruitment Team Lead
**
You will:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Supervise and guide a team of recruiters, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and ensure hiring priorities are aligned with business needs
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
- HR projects: automation of hiring process, HR analytics, performance metrics etc.


We are looking for:

- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Team Lead
- Ability to extract valuable insights and make decisions based on data-driven information
- Hands-on experience with creating performance metrics for recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of the English and Russian language
