Responsibilities:
- Lead search and generation: identification and active search for potential clients using various sources and tools;
- Cold outreach and qualification of potential clients;
- Negotiating with potential partners;
- Fill in and maintain information in CRM;
- Organizing calls and demos with potential clients and sales managers;
- Reporting on work performed, analyzing the effectiveness of lead generation.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales in entry-level positions or experience in lead generation for IT businesses;
- Strong knowledge of English (В2/C1), allowing correspondence with leads. Speaking Russian language;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Easy to learn: ability to quickly learn new tools and information;
- Organization: ability to effectively organize and manage leads in a database and manage your time;
- Ability to work with a large amount of information, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
- Proactivity and creativity.
