The company is building a Cloud Trade Copier - a real-time trade replication platform that will allow traders to mirror trades across multiple accounts seamlessly. This is a greenfield project: you will be the first engineering hire, working closely with the CTO to design and implement the product from scratch, including architecture, integrations, and cloud deployment.

The role combines hands-on coding, architectural ownership, and full-stack responsibilities (backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure). Over time, you will also have the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated team around this product.

▫️7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a Senior / Tech Lead role;
▫️Strong background in one systems language (C++, C#, or Go) and one web/scripting language (Node.js/TypeScript, Python, etc.);
▫️Proven experience in fintech, trading, or brokerage systems (trading bots, APIs, market data, etc.);
▫️Hands-on work with MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, or similar platforms; MQL4/5 or cTrader Automate is a strong plus;
▫️Reverse engineering skills with closed APIs and protocols (e.g., MT4 Manager API, WinAPI/hooks);
▫️Expertise in building real-time, high-load systems with low-latency requirements;
▫️Experience designing scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD);
▫️Strong knowledge of React and full-stack web development;
▫️Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis) and performance optimization;
▫️Experience in application security (encryption, secure APIs, GDPR/PCI compliance);
▫️English: Upper-Intermediate+.
