Position: Office manager / receptionist

Company’s activity: IT, FinTech
Job type: Full-time
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Payroll: 2000 €

Responsibilities:

Organizing meetings and keeping track of the appointments
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
Screening and handling phone calls, enquiries and requests
Handling mail and deliveries - receiving and distributing incoming mail and packages
Conducting general office tasks, including managing office expenses and handling document circulation of payments;
Assisting the financial department by collecting invoices, planning expenses based on a monthly budget, and maintaining records
Ordering all necessary equipment, stationery and food
Assisting in event coordination (meetings, conferences etc.)
Managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and the landlord, ensuring timely invoicing and payments for all items.

Requirements:

High school diploma
At least 2 years of relevant experience in office management or a similar administrative role
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Familiarity with standard office software (MS Word, Excel, Slack, Google mail etc)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work;
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Fluent Russian and English, Greek – as an advantage
Self-driven attitude
Commitment and ability to work long hours and be available as needed, especially during trios or peak periods
Eligibility to work in Cyprus
