Position: Team Lead Python Developer

Introduction
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our back office system. As a Python Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable and efficient system capable of handling a large volume of data using the databases provided by Amazon Web Services (such as Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift and etc).

Requirements:
Proven experience in backend development (API integrations);
Strong proficiency in Python programming language;
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch;
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation;
Experience in designing and optimizing database structures;
Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git;
Previous work on chatbot development using frameworks and libraries;
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills;
Familiarity with development tools like PyCharm;
Adaptable to evolving project requirements and able to meet deadlines;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in a high-load system;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment;
Successful practical experience of team management;
English from B2;
Experience in creating architectural solutions.

It would be a plus:
Experience with data processing frameworks and tools, such as Apache Spark or Apache Kafka;
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and data modeling concepts.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain RESTful API for interaction with the chatbot;
Integrate the chatbot with internal systems using APIs;
Work with programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch;
Design and optimize database architecture;
Utilize version control tools like Git;
Integrate the chatbot with external communication platforms (e.g., Slack);
Collaborate with ML engineers to implement machine learning models;
Stay updated on emerging technologies in chatbot development and contribute innovative ideas.
