Position: Account Manager (Office in Cyprus)

About the Job: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building forward-looking relationships with Unlimit’s merchants and working in partnership with the merchant to facilitate growth. You will be responsible for understanding the merchant's needs, delivering a unique personable service, and working alongside the merchant to continually identify opportunities to grow and tweak performance. As an individual, you need to be creative, highly motivated, and have a willingness to continually push the boundaries of the way we work to ensure we (and you) remain truly customers first.

What You’ll Do:
- Build strong relationships across teams and within merchant groups to ensure their needs are consistently met, working collaboratively to drive growth.
- Challenge the status quo by collaborating with the Global Account Management Team to develop and improve ways of working, delivering speed and quality to enhance the merchant experience.
- Drive commercial growth with merchants by being a payments expert, focusing on account optimization and exploring opportunities for ongoing conversion growth.
- Be the face of the company—bring your unique style as a trusted partner to your merchants, representing the organization with confidence and reliability.
- Balance priorities by managing both internal and external demands for your merchants, meeting deadlines even under challenging conditions.
- Speak up within the organization to ensure your merchants' voices are heard and their needs are prioritized.
- Contribute to a positive and fun culture within the company, playing your part in fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
