👨‍💻👩‍💻Head of Retention

IT Company specializing in the development and promotion of online casinos and betting projects. At the moment we already have 4 working brands under Curacao/MGA licenses on Softswiss platform, and 4 more brands are preparing to launch.

📌Responsibilities:
● Experience in building a Retention department from scratch;
● Preparation of regulations for 1st and 2nd line employees;
● Fulfilment of monthly/quarterly/yearly plan;
● Creating and executing targeted campaigns with current customer base on basic KPIs: Conversion, Activation, Reactivation, LTV, etc.;
● Planning campaigns (promos, promotions, etc.) and selecting user retention/retention channels;
● Creating key effective tools for the Retention department;
● Team interaction and willingness to make decisions;
● Working closely with Product and Support departments;
● Effective interaction and communication with platform providers. About Vacancy Responsibilities

📌Requirements:
● Experience in a similar position for 2 years or more;
● Experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Geo - Europe, Canada, Austria;
● Experience in building a CRM system;
● Communication skills, competent speech;
● Experience in creating and implementing key customer retention mechanisms;
● Knowledge of major players and trends;
● Knowledge of the main areas of promotional mechanics for attracting, retaining and returning players;
● Knowledge of customer retention tools, both analytical (hotjar, GA, tableau, Amplitude) and directly used in campaigns (mailgun, customer io, sms services);
● Basic knowledge of html layout;
● English (russian) language skills from B2;
● Expert understanding and experience in the gambling industry;
● Willingness to take a test assignment.
