👨‍💻👩‍💻HR manager

An IT Company specializing in the development and promotion of online casinos and betting projects. At the moment we already have 4 working brands under Curacao/MGA licenses on Softswiss platform, and 4 more brands are preparing to launch.

📌Requirements:-.
● Experience in IT (mandatory) - 2 years or more;
● Experience in iGaming will be an advantage;
● English at B2+ level.(And the russian language - Required)

📌Responsibilities:
● Close various IT vacancies (developers, testers, engineers, analysts, affiliate managers, product managers). Full cycle from withdrawal of requisition to coordination of hiring and onboarding of new employee;
● Research on HH, LinkedIn, Career.Habr, and beyond;
● Interact with hiring managers on all issues that arise during the recruitment process (from job opening to new employee onboarding);
● Participate in staff onboarding;
● Actively assist in internal PR activities: merchandise, gifts, corporate events, etc.;
● Participate in the organisation of corporate events;
● The candidate will be actively involved in the creation and implementation of our own internship programme;
● Assist employees in relocation and adaptation in Cyprus.
