HoReCa business unit of Punin Group is looking for a legal professional for a newly-opened position of lawyer who will boost the current legal team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to B2B, restaurants and retail of Punin Group in Limassol.

What you’ll do:
⠀
▫️Advise the company on all legal aspects of HoReCa business in Limassol;
▫️Draft and review legal documents related to the business activities, such as purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, construction;
To draft the claim letters and handle dispute resolution matters, arrange collection of the debts;
▫️To obtain licenses, permits and other regulatory documents from the state authorities;
▫️Supporting the management team and Head of legal in ad-hoc legal matters and projects in Cyprus.

Requirements:
⠀
▪️Law degree from Cyprus university;
▪️Strong knowledge of regulations for HoReCa;
▪️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
▪️Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
▪️Cyprus Bar Association membership will be an advantage;

Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken
