Чем предстоит заниматься:
▪️ Бюджетирование организации с целью планирования расходов;
▪️ Анализ фактических затрат;
▪️ Фактическая управленческая и финансовая отчетность;
▪️Проведение экономического анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности по данным бухгалтерского отчета и отчетности;
▪️ Финансовое прогнозирование;
▪️ Анализ показателей финансовой эффективности.

Ты нам подходишь, если:
▪️ Имеешь опыт работы в кипрский компаниях;
▪️ Знаешь стандарты учета и отчетность, согласно кипрского законодательства;
▪️ Проживаешь в Лимассоле и есть разрешение на пребывание на Кипре;
▪️ Есть опыт на подобной позиции от 2-х лет;
▪️ Знаешь английский не ниже B1;
▪️ Умеешь работать с цифрами и внимателен к деталям.

Job Title: Lawyer for HoReCa by Punin Group (in-house)
**
Location: Cyprus
Level: Mid-level
 
HoReCa business unit of Punin Group is looking for a legal professional for a newly-opened position of lawyer who will boost the current legal team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to B2B, restaurants and retail of Punin Group in Limassol. 
 
**What you’ll do:
**
• Advise the company on all legal aspects of HoReCa business in Limassol;
• Draft and review legal documents related to the business activities, such as purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, construction;
• To draft the claim letters and handle dispute resolution matters, arrange collection of the debts;
• To obtain licenses, permits and other regulatory documents from the state authorities;
• Supporting the management team and Head of legal in ad-hoc legal matters and projects in Cyprus.
 
 
Requirements:

• Law degree from Cyprus university;
• Strong knowledge of regulations for HoReCa;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
• Cyprus Bar Association membership will be an advantage;
 
Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken

We are looking for a professional who has extensive experience in building HR processes and teams as well as ambitions and courage to deal with challenges in a fast changing environment.

This individual leads a variety of strategic and long-range HR projects in support of our employee engagement, retention, talent acquisition, high performance, and HR service delivery goals. The role reports to COO or/and the founder.

✔️Build a high performing HR Operations team by driving change initiatives while coaching, mentoring, and empowering new and existing regional HR professionals to foster a culture of excellence.
✔️Deliver exceptional experiences throughout the full employee life cycle across the company.
✔️Collaborative with recruitment team and business leaders to create and implement exceptional talent management strategies.
✔️Implement HR operational policies and procedures that align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
✔️Provide guidance and support to leadership regarding country-specific HR-related matters such as performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
✔️Coach and consult with management on issues improving morale, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate next steps.
✔️Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.

✅ 3+ years of HRD
✅ Proven track record as an experienced HR professional, showcasing a deep passion for People & Organization topics; deep knowledge in organizational design, transformation, facilitation, learning, talent management and employee relations
✅ Expertise in business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation and human resources modeling.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations in Cyprus is a big advantage.
✅ Relationship builder with a highly collaborative approach
English and Russian languages is a must
