We are looking for a professional who has extensive experience in building HR processes and teams as well as ambitions and courage to deal with challenges in a fast changing environment.

Position: HR Director

📍Limassol, Molos (on-site), relocation is possible
⏱Full time

Your main responsibilities:

✅Build a high performing HR Operations team by driving change initiatives while coaching, mentoring, and empowering new and existing regional HR professionals to foster a culture of excellence.
✅Deliver exceptional experiences throughout the full employee life cycle across the company.
✅Collaborative with recruitment team and business leaders to create and implement exceptional talent management strategies.
✅Implement HR operational policies and procedures that align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
✅Provide guidance and support to leadership regarding country-specific HR-related matters such as performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
✅Coach and consult with management on issues improving morale, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate next steps.
✅Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.


What makes you a great fit:

✔️3+ years of HRD 
✔️Proven track record as an experienced HR professional, showcasing a deep passion for People & Organization topics; deep knowledge in organizational design, transformation, facilitation, learning, talent management and employee relations
✔️Expertise in business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation and human resources modeling.
✔️Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations in Cyprus is a big advantage.
✔️Relationship builder with a highly collaborative approach
✔️English and Russian languages is a must
