Job Title: Corporate Secretary/M&A lawyer

PUNIN GROUP owns a number of properties in Limassol: multifunctional office centers and retail stores, the ZANTE VENUE concert venue, PUNIN WINE and Le Frenchie (Le Petit Marche) wine boutiques, the MIXOLOGY BAR gastro bar, Do Grill House and Le Frenchie restaurants, as well as the TOY Confectionery confectionery.

We are currently looking for a legal professional for a position of Corporate Secretary/M&A Lawyer who will boost the current legal team.
⠀
What you’ll do:
▫️Maintaining the corporate structure of the companies, including formation and liquidation of companies;
▫️Interacting with service providers and law firms in Cyprus on corporate and tax issues;
▫️Supporting and structuring asset purchase and sale transactions, and other investment activities;
▫️Drafting of agreements in English;
▫️Maintaining the register of contracts and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
▫️Conducting legal research and analysis and providing recommendations to the management team;
▫️Supporting the management team and Head of legal in ad-hoc legal matters and projects in Cyprus.

Starter kit needed to join the team:
▫️Master’s degree in Law, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Cyprus companies’ law and M&A and investment transactions;
▫️Strong understanding of corporate regulatory frameworks in Cyprus;
▫️Experience in drafting of corporate documents, M&A agreements and structuring investment transactions;
▫️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
▫️Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
