INTEGRATION MANAGER

We are a Fintech group of companies who launch a new stage of development with strong long-term prospects, stable financing, and a wide product portfolio which forms the management team of the new company, with offices in Paris (France), Yerevan (Armenia), and Limassol (Cyprus).
Today we are a distributed team of 120+ people. To ensure the integrity of financial data, we use the Stellar blockchain.
The main company’s directions: Money transfers, Neobanking, Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain (we are both a client and a developer) and Trading
We are now seeking an experienced Payment Provider Integration Manager to help our clients and prospects integrate our Payment System with 3rd party payment providers for supporting the productivity and profitability goals of the integration team.

This individual will collaborate with external payment acquirers and payout providers, product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure our solutions are being integrated in the smoothest way possible, with a strong focus on conversion rates and ideal integration flows.


Responsibilities
Manage the integrations of our payment system with external ones, focusing on conversion rate and speed of integration.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all Technical or Product matters.
Provide daily fast support to clients on technical issues and appeals, skillfully using the company's resources, or issue escalations as needed.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Be able to speak with technical specialists in the same language.
Manage the development team to deliver new integrations in a timely manner.
Explore in depth the product solutions, payment methods provided by our company.

Requirements
Experience in Project/Product management, customer payment services, banking, or similar industries.
Good knowledge of the payment industry, acquiring various types of payment systems, and integrated solutions.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level․
Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in payment systems and payment methods. HTTP, API, host2host, web, etc.
Proven ability to juggle multiple management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail․
Troubleshooting abilities.
English Upper Intermediate level or higher.
