Account Manager

We are a Fintech group of companies who launch a new stage of development with strong long-term prospects, stable financing, and a wide product portfolio which forms the management team of the new company, with offices in Paris (France), Yerevan (Armenia), and Limassol (Cyprus).
Today we are a distributed team of 100+ people. To ensure the integrity of financial data, we use the Stellar blockchain.
The main company’s directions: Money transfers, Neobanking, Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain (we are both a client and a developer) and Trading.


Job Description

The main goal of the position of an account manager is to provide a solution to the client's problems with the company's products, to ensure high quality client service at all stages of working with a client

☑️Responsibilities
Managing client onboarding process.
Monitoring client payments target success rates and planned volumes.
Working closely with the Operations Team on client funds regular settlements.
Supervise technical support requests.
Provide up to date information, analytics, reports to the Sales Managers and Clients:
Provide Clients with the updates on the services provided by the company (changes in the existing payment channels or rates, new payment channels and services);
Ensuring excellent customer experience in all processes from sales to operations.
Cross-department interactions with Business Development, Legal, Compliance and Developers teams.

✅Requirements
One year of professional experience in account management or customer support, preferably in card acquiring / payments / financial services / banking industries
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to develop good working relationships with clients
Ability to work independently, and possess organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong communicator and capable of expressing oneself clearly both speaking and in writing;
Efficient team player
Problem-solver
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail․
Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or in related discipline mentioned above․
Fluent English, knowledge of Russian as an advantage
