- Подбор и найм квалифицированных кандидатов: Ответственность за полный цикл подбора персонала, включая разработку вакансий, поиск и привлечение талантов, проведение собеседований и оценку кандидатов. Вы будете работать с клиентами в различных отраслях и областях, включая IT, Digital, Affiliate Marketing, Fintech, Crypto, iGaming, GameDev.

- Управление персоналом: Сопровождение полного жизненного цикла сотрудников, включая ввод/вывод из штата, программы обучения и развития, а также оценку производительности. Вы будете сотрудничать с руководителями проектов, чтобы привлечь, мотивировать и удержать высокопрофессиональных специалистов.

- Развитие HR-стратегий: Разработка и реализация эффективных стратегий в области управления человеческими ресурсами и политики компании с целью создания здоровой и мотивированной рабочей среды. Вы будете обладать широким обзором, чтобы предложить наиболее соответствующие и инновационные HR-решения.

- Сотрудничество и совместная работа: Установление и поддержание партнерских отношений с клиентами, а также внутреннее сотрудничество внутри команды HR-агентства. Вы будете работать с международной командой экспертов, чтобы вместе достичь успеха и преуспеть.
