We are hiring for junior recruiter, for the financial services company.
• Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
• Entering job applicants’ CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference
• Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent match for the company
• Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
• Headhunting specific candidates for low to high-end job roles, such as senior management positions
• Achieving recruitment quotas and business development targets each month
Requirements:
-Fluent English
- Previous experience as recruiter or in HR department is a plus
- based in Limassol, Cyprus
- young and energetic
- CY citizen or EU citizenship
Company offer basic salary 1500 gross + attractive commission structure.
