We are seeking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our partner team in Limassol.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle all administrative, operational duties in the 4 offices.
• Processing all forms of documents legalizations enquiries.
• Receiving and preparing packages to be sent out and keeping excellent records of the courier activities/log sheet.
• Arrangement of travel requirements such as flight & hotel bookings, transportation etc. for employees.
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assist all the company departments as and when required.
• Follow standards of quality as well as health and safety.
• Performs other relevant duties as assigned.
• Front-desk activities
• Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Ordering stationery, IT equipment and any other office supplies to ensure smooth operation of the office.
REQUIREMENTS – SKILLS:
• Diploma or equivalent in Secretarial/Business Administration studies and/or any related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar position
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Telephone Etiquette.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Excellent typing and MS Office skills
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Have a very strong team value work ethic and able to work within tight deadlines.

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide development support to the Board of Directors. The
successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external operations,
organize and coordinate all the office functions of the Group.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Proactively work to help the CEO to organize activities, meetings, travel, workload and handle
the administrative detail work
• Provide direct support to the Management which could include confidential and sensitive
information, ensuring the CEO to be updated and kept informed of upcoming commitments
and responsibilities
• Liaise with the various departments of the Group, conduct research, and follow up on
Managers Action Plans
• Assist in the performance evaluation of each Business Unit of the Group
• Manage, prioritize, and maintain management calendar
• Filing and office organization of the Directors
• Responsible for drafting and editing written correspondence for the CEO
• Maintain and manage timelines and schedule related to various projects
• Planning and coordinating internal and external meetings and events
• Preparing CEO and committee meeting materials in advance. Taking and distributing minutes
and maintaining attendance records for all board meetings.
• Presenting a professional and welcoming first point of contact to visitors. Maintaining a
strong understanding of the culture, values, and services of the organization and reflect this
understanding in decisions made in support of the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 plus (3+) years’ C-Level support experience
• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting
will be considered an advantage
• Excellent computer literacy, Advance Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), knowledge of
virtual collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom, Skype for Business, WebEx, etc.)
• Have a growth mind-set, eager for continuous learning and development.
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills, capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to
meet tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over tasks and resolving issues in a
proactive manner
