What You Will Be Doing:

**- Collaborating with the DevOps and analytics teams to support data ingestion tasks, i.e. data collection, data processing, and data transformation; and to identify opportunities for infrastructure improvements
- Improving the infrastructure and optimizing the overall data ingestion pipeline to ensure quick analytics and high data quality
- Taking ownership of our Apache Airflow instance, managing workflows, creating DAGs, and optimizing Airflow performance
- Optimizing data storage, retrieval, and analytics
- Potentially taking ownership of our Superset instance
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data engineering technologies and techniques
