**Email Marketing Manager

**We are an international fast-growing SaaS/tech company who builds a suite of compliance and anti-fraud products that modern businesses can use to fight money laundering and terrorist financing as well as effectively comply with regulatory requirements.

Now we are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to execute and optimize marketing processes and lead outbound SDR email campaigns. An Email Marketing Manager creates content and campaigns that take good care of existing customers and encourage them to experience new features.

⚡️Must have: **Marketing Automation Systems (Mindbox, Marketo), Google Analytics, CRM (Pipedrive/Salesforce), Zapier, GTM, ESP deep understanding, A/B testing.
**✨Nice to have: HTML / CSS basics.

**Responsibilities
**- Build a lifecycle CRM-marketing strategy focused on adoption/retention and education (trigger and automated chains, transactional letters, push notifications, etc.);
- Generate and test hypotheses for CJM improvement and customer lifecycle optimization;
- Work with sales leaders to create high-impact SDR campaigns that can be tested and scaled globally;
- Manage the end-to-end execution of email campaigns;
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements;
- Work with Marketing, Sales and Customer Operation teams to streamline email campaign automation;
- Manage CRM related technical issues including integrations of several CRM-marketing tools.
