MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and coordinate employment and resignation process in HR department
Administration of Employment documentation and employees database
Lead and administrate Compensations and Benefits program for employees
Administrate HR calendar and HR activities
Communicate and coordinate actions with management of the company, take part in meetings with managers
Implement and follow corporate HR strategy and processes
Take part in HR policies review and implementation
Take part in employees evaluation process and PDP plans creation
Create and support the corporate culture of the company
Provides professional HR and Labour expertise to all Departments
Cooperate with Labour Office, Social Insurance Office or other governmental authorities related to employment when it is needed
Cooperate with Legal and Finance Department in the company
Cooperate and communicate with Company's management and employees, providing expert support when it is needed
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Good experience in HR, Labor Law
Accuracy to details, good self-organization
The ability to clearly and timely perform assigned tasks and organize your work process
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking
Fluent English, Russian/Ukrainian is big benefit, Greek is optionally
