What will you do?
Search for clients on Upwork, Linkedin;
Communicate with the client (correspondence, calls, video, presentations);
Work with documentation for concluding a contract with the client’s;
Clarification of the client’s requirements needs and sales activities deal closing.

What are we looking for?
2+ years of experience in the role of Sales Manager/Business Development Manager in IT companies;
Deep understanding of IT outstaffing and outsourcing models and their specifics;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Upper-Intermediate English;
Experience in IT sales for European;
Experience in full-cycle IT sales starting from lead generation through pre-sale and upsale up to successfully closing the deal.

Компания IBIT LTD находится в поиске UI/UX Product Designer уровня Senior.

Формат работы: офис (город Лимасол).

Этапы интервью: собеседование с командой (HR-часть и техническая); выполнение ТЗ; итоговое собеседование с обсуждением ТЗ.

Требования к кандидату:

📌Наличие портфолио (dribble, behance и так далее);
Живые проекты, в работе над которыми принималось участие (AppStore, Google Play, web);
📌Опыт в проектировании mobile first интерфейсов;
📌Твёрдое понимание основных UI/UX паттернов (нужно понимать, что такое “модалка”, “нотификейшн”, “боковое меню” и в каких случаях они применяются);
📌Умение в разумные сроки изучить референсы и решения от коллег по индустрии и интегрировать это в имеющийся проект;
📌Умение создавать динамические прототипы, проектировать дизайн-системы и цветовые системы, на основе которых можно создавать комплексный UI;
📌Отличное знание Figma и умение оптимизировать производственные процессы - компоненты, палитры, библиотеки компонентов и т.д;
📌Желание и умение устраивать ревизию готового продукта (контроль того, насколько строго разработчики следовали предоставленному дизайн-макету);
📌Опыт работы в команде;
📌Комбинация навыков проектирования интерфейсов и визуального дизайна (рекламная графика.

Задачи, которые предстоит решать:

✔️Работа над существующими и новыми продуктами внутри компании;
✔️Обсуждение особенностей интеграции UI/UX решений с командой разработки;
✔️Изредка - работа над маркетинговыми материалами.

Senior Product Designer (Swiss based product company. Mobile apps)

Type of employment: Remote (full time/part time)

Portrait of our ideal candidate:
Mobile cross-platform design experience
Knowledge of UX best practices
Knowledge of UX guidelines of Google Play / Appstore
Experience of creating design systems (or at least understanding of design systems)
Web design experience (enterprise applications, admin UIs)
Understanding of web / mobile layouts, experience working with developers
An ability to dive deep in the business domain, having a focus on the product
Graphical design experience (vector tools), creating of brand materials, icons
Solid Figma experience is a must have
Interest in social media, sports, entertainment industry
Good verbal English and Russian
