We are looking Legal Adviser
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Preparing legal opinions and recommendations in respect of any legal issues arising during operation of the company;
- Monitoring applicable legal framework, including Cypriot and EU legislation, and advising senior management on any actions required by changes thereof;
- Monitoring of regulatory requirements related to licensing of a particular business activity in accordance with the legislation of Cyprus;
- Reviewing and drafting of various agreements and contracts;
- Preparation, review and execution of various corporate documents of the company including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, as well as Powers of Attorney etc;
- Applying AML, KYC and GDPR procedures according to the relevant Laws and Regulations;
- Providing legal support to all departments of the company in their day-to-day activity;
- Responsible for the preparation of various documents for certification, legalization and apostille;
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties and legal support to affiliate companies as required by superiors and the management;
- Legal support in real estate transactions in Cyprus would be considered an advantage;
- Cooperation with external legal advisors and providers of corporate services.
Candidate profile:
- Minimum three years of experience
- Higher legal education
- Fluency in English/Greek and Russian/Ukrainian will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- BAR membership would be considered an advantage

Work conditions:
- Work schedule 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00
- 3 months of probation period
