We are looking HR Generalist
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the efficient work of HR Department
• Coordinate full cycle of hiring, employment and release process
• Implementation of corporate HR strategy and processes
• Carry out HR Calendar planning, events and training organization
• Be responsible for Employees evaluation process, Salary reviews, Employees training and development
• Prepare and approve budgets
• Coordinate weekly HR meetings, giving updates to management on HR related issues
• Create and support the corporate culture of the company
• Provides professional HR and Labor expertise to all Departments
• Cooperation with Labor Office, Social Insurance Office, Migration and other governmental authorities when needed
• Cooperation with Legal and Finance Department in all labor issues
• Cooperation and Communication with Company's management and stakeholders in terms of HR issues
• Be accountable for efficient benefits scheme development and implementation
Candidate profile:
• Higher Education preferably in HR, Psychology or Business Management
• Excellent knowledge of CY Labor Law and HR processes
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• High developed managerial skills
• Fluent English and Russian/Ukrainian, Greek is optionally
Personal qualities:
• The ability to clearly and timely perform assigned tasks and organize your work process
• Accuracy to details, good self-organization
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking
