Key job responsibilities:
Develop financial strategy and define goals for the group of companies
Anticipate business requirements and prepare budgets
Manage financial and operational performance metrics
Partner with the back-office finance team to provide robust and detailed financial reporting for exporting to PowerBI
Oversee accounting and financial reporting
Uphold and enforce an environment of ethical practices and strong financial controllership
Liaise with auditors, lawyers and suppliers
Manage financial risks

Specific Activities:
Preparing budgets
Controlling expenses, tracking the status of payments
Control of expenses and tracking budgets by expenses categories
Control and verify employee’s reports for funds issued under the report
Weekly reconciliation of Excel ledger with bank statements, control of the distribution of costs by category
Organizing a system for elementary accounting: recording, analyzing and summarizing procedures used to prepare balance sheets and income statements such as payroll, special journals, cash control, receivables and payables, inventory and depreciation
Provision of documents at the request of banks, insurance companies, auditors, company management
Provision of payment orders at the request of employees
Accounting and control of capitalization of intangible assets
Conducting the necessary correspondence within its functionality (English).

Basic qualifications:
5+ years of finance experience or related analytical field
Experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking, and variance analysis
MS Office proficiency
Fluent English skills

Preferred qualifications:
MBA or CFA or advanced degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics or Statistics.
Skills to earn trust from business partners,and drive cross-organization changes. Operated in business partnership role.
Hands-on knowledge of Analytical, financial modeling, business intelligence and reporting tools.
People management experience.
Independent and entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating the ability to work with minimal direction.
Experience with digital or brand advertising industry.
Experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking, and variance analysis.
Solid business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic, approach to decision making.
Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and the ability to influence the strategy and decisions of senior business leaders through effective data analysis, verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives.
Proficiency in Russian
