Teamlead backend (Node.JS)

Our client is an I-Gaming product company with highly loaded project running Kubernetes, built on the principles of DDD. We are looking for Team lead backend (Node.JS)** for new internal product (CRM) with relocation to Limassol, Cyprus.

Current team - 2 senior Node.JS developers and PM. The team will be expanded to 10 people.

**Interview process:

**1st - screen with technical recruiter
2nd - technical interview
3rd - final interview with CTO

**What we are expecting from you:

**📍 To be responsible for arranging development process for new company's product
📍 Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
📍 Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goal
📍 Communicating with stakeholders regarding product's development process
📍 Interviewing and training new developers
📍 Working with team members and management to ensure projects are completed according to standards

**What kind of qualification we are looking for:

**📝 Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
📝 Strong leadership and organizational abilities
📝 Knowledge of JavaScript and the ECMAScript 6 standards
📝 5+ years of commercial experience with Node.JS
📝Commercial experience of working with DB
📝Commercial experience of implementing the REST and WebSockets
📝 Experience of GIT version control system
📝Experience with RabbitMQ
📝Experience with Redis
📝 Fluent in English
