UX Designer

**Our client is an international fintech global company, with HQ in the UK and with 10 offices worldwide, providing multi-asset trading services for online trading and developing new cryptocurrency products.

The company is looking for a Senior Product UX Designer. The main goal will be to guide the website and app teams to ensure best practices for user experience is followed and maximizing the value of the digital funnel.

**We are offering:

**✅Fully remote work or relocation to Limassol, Cyprus (with hybrid working schedule)
✅Salary range: 3500 - 4500 Euro net (after taxes) per month + bonuses
✅In case if you choose relocation - full relocation coverage (tickets, visa, apartments for 30 days) for you and family

**Interview process:

**We have 2 stages only: 1st - technical interview with Product owner and Product Manager, and 2nd - Final interview with CTO and HR.

**What we are expecting from you:

**📍 To be responsible for user journey optimization for both web and app products
📍 Full digital funnel optimization, from discovery to retention
📍 A/B testing user interfaces and user flows
📍 To measure and enhance customer experience
📍 Ensuring both UX design and CX best practices are followed
📍 Reporting and insights provided for all UX and CX
📍 Mapping user journeys
📍 Identifying customer pain points, then Initiating and owning product improvement projects

**What kind of qualification we are looking for:

**📝 Proven work experience with digital funnel optimization and UX design for 4 years
📝 Excellent knowledge and practical experience with Figma
📝 Proven ability improving revenue and conversion rate to KPI’s
📝 Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
📝 Excellent organizational and time management skills
📝 Fluent in English
