Staff Product Manager / Product Director
We are looking for a passionate and hardworking product leader who will be responsible for every aspect of the contact center product. From concept to go-to-market planning to revenue ownership.
This position is critical in supporting our international expansion and providing the best customer experience for customers across the globe. You will work alongside dev, sales, marketing leadership, our customers and technology partners.
What You'll Do
Own the long-term product vision and roadmap for core capabilities and new platform services including Omnichannel, Speech Analytics, and NLU/NLP
Be fully accountable for the end result and product adoption
Manage project plans for on-time delivery and ensure that both the product and dev teams are working on the right things at the right time
Help create customer-facing collateral that can effectively communicate product differentiators
Be able to figure out what needs to be done, and drive execution, without following an established playbook
Lead by influence and work on alignment across the organization to ensure product and customer success
Maintain a framework to track, prioritize, and balance requests
Manage employee career development and continuously mentor the product managers on your team to maximize their potential
What You Need
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Solid background in the contact center or networking/telco space
Strong understanding of what it means to own/operate cloud services in a high load, 24/7 environment
Full proficiency in English, ideally proven by a IELTS or TOEFL certificate
10+ years total experience, with minimum 4 years managing a team in a fast-paced continuous software delivery environment
Track record of owning product initiatives from concept to launch
Strong analytical skills and business acumen to build business cases and frame decisions
Excellent communication skills - able to successfully adapt your style and leverage strong listening skills to inform your approach
Figure-it-out and get-it-done approach
Experience in product design is a plus
