Десятки брендов, разные рынки и высоконагруженная платёжная инфраструктура, для которой стабильность — ключевой показатель.

В поисках Payments Support Manager — операционного специалиста, который будет находиться в центре платёжных процессов: мониторить провайдеров, быстро реагировать на инциденты и обеспечивать бесперебойную работу платежей across all brands.

Твоя зона ответственности:
- Мониторинг PSP / APM, транзакционных потоков и системных статусов
- Контроль доступности и корректной работы платёжных методов
- Выявление инцидентов
- Быстрая реакция на сбои и нестабильность провайдеров
- Оперативное отключение и повторное включение платёжных методов
- Поиск причин проблем совместно с техническими и продуктовой командами
- Эскалация критических ситуаций
- Фиксация инцидентов, действий и решений в операционных логах
- Мониторинг Approval Ratio и конверсии платёжных методов
- Анализ платёжной перформанс-метрики и причин просадок

Что важно для этой роли:
- Понимание платёжных систем, провайдеров и end-to-end транзакционных флоу
- Опыт в iGaming, Forex, Adult или других high-load средах будет преимуществом
- Способность сохранять фокус в инцидентных ситуациях
- Высокий уровень ответственности и ownership за операционный результат

Роль даёт возможность выстроить сильную payments-экспертизу внутри стабильной компании с понятными и комфортными условиями работы.
