You'll own the A/B testing roadmap, identify growth opportunities, analyze player behavior, optimize funnels, and directly impact key metrics like Conversion, ARPU, Retention, LTV, and GGR.

Requirements:
✔️ 4+ years in Product/Growth
✔️ Strong A/B testing expertise
✔️ Experience with GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Optimizely, GrowthBook, PostHog, etc.
✔️ Upper-Intermediate English+
