💥We are looking for a hands-on IT professional who will support users, manage and improve our cloud infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies, and ensure our systems meet high security and compliance standards. Position will be located in Pafos, Cyprus.

Responsibilities
User Support:
• Provide first- and second-line support to company employees (accounts, devices, software, connectivity).
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Infrastructure Administration:
• Maintain and develop secure, efficient cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, Virtual Desktop, OPNsense).
• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of IT systems and networks.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and data protection policies.
Information Security:
• Support implementation of ISO27001 and GDPR compliance.
• Prepare and update cybersecurity policies.
• Participate in client and external audits.
🎯Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT system administration or security.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, Defender.
- Familiarity with ISO27001, GDPR, and SOC2 compliance.
- Experience supporting remote and hybrid teams.
- Basic Linux knowledge.
- English — upper-intermediate or higher.
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, Microsoft) will be a plus.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with users, customers and suppliers.

**Senior Specialist in IT Infrastructure and Information Security

We are seeking for the Senior specialist for the development and support of IT infrastructure around of cloud Microsoft products and responsible for  information security aspects of our work.

Technology stack: Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra/AD, Defender, RDP, Endpoint Manager, AWS, etc.

☑️Responsibilities:
• Design and implement secure, efficient IT infrastructure strategies tailored to our needs and client requirements.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud resources, and software systems.
• Administration and support of domain on Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra/AD.
• Users account management.
• Development and administration of cloud companies’ resources: Azure/AWS.
• Preparation, updating and implementation of policies: Disaster recovery, Data Backup Plan, Cyber Security Policy, etc.
• Lead the implementation of ISO27001 standards and prepare for certification.
• Interactions with IT suppliers, clients and auditors.
 
☑️Requirements:
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 
• At least 5 years of System Administration / Information Security. CISSP, CISM certificates would be a big plus.
• Proficiency in managing and implementing Microsoft products (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra/AD, Defender, RDP, Endpoint Manager) with Microsoft certifications being advantageous.
• Understanding of and experience with ISO27001, GDPR, and SOC compliance procedures.
• Demonstrated ability in managing IT infrastructure for companies with remote employees.
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems.
• Good writing and spoken English
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with users, customers and suppliers.

• Provide leadership to and collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams to develop and apply QSP models

• At least 3 years of experience in using quantitative approach in describing biological systems and demonstrated ability to apply quantitative tools to enable rational and efficient drug development
• Excellent understanding of theory, principles and statistical aspects of advanced mathematical modeling and simulation, including numerical methods, parameter estimation/optimization, and ordinary differential equations (ODEs), and how these can be applied in the development of complex models of biological pathways and systems
• Proficient in at least one advanced PKPD modeling and simulation software (e.g. Matlab/Simbiology, Julia, Python, R, DBSolve etc.)
• Self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment
• Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with scientists in other disciplines with a positive, collegial and collaborative attitude.

**Preferred and will be an advantage👍👍👍:

Но я же плачу все налоги в РФ, получается я буду дважды оплачивать подоходный налог?

Подскажите если я работаю по трудовому договору и получаю зп на Кипре и также сдаю квартиру в аренду и консультирую в РФ, то я должна сейчас делать self assessment и платить подоходный налог за 2023 год уже сейчас до 31 июля за первое полугодие или это относится только к зарегистрированным на Кипре как инд предприниматель?
