We would like to thank you for your cooperation with our Bank and for using our services in support of your operations.
However, in view of the on-going developments related to enhanced due-diligence and Know-Your-Customer procedures and following a recent review of your above-mentioned account/s / service/s, it has been concluded that provision of banking services to you, falls outside the scope of our Policies. Our Policies can be found in detail at

Thus, we regret to inform you that we are hereby providing a two months’ notice from the date of this letter, for the closure/settlement/termination of your account/s / service/s with the Bank.
Please note that until closure/settlement/termination of your account/s / service/s, substantial limitations in its/their use will be imposed by the Bank.
In case you do not take any action within the abovementioned deadline, the Bank may take the following actions:
a) Existing debit and credit balances with the Bank will be set off.
b) If you maintain any credit balances, or if any credit balances remain after the set off, they will be at your disposal and will be deposited in a non-interest bearing Bank account.
c) If you have any debit balances, or if any debit balances remain after the set off, the Bank may take the necessary legal actions to recover them.
d) Any other action(s) deemed necessary, in order to terminate the provision of the Bank’s services.
e) The Bank will apply charges as per the Bank’s latest pricing catalogue which is available at the Bank’s website:
