Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Development or Principal Engineer with hands-on expertise in algorithmic programming to lead our technology team, focusing on delta-one algorithmic strategies. You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, maintaining and enhancing our codebase while driving the implementation of advanced trading strategies that utilize cutting-edge technology and quantitative models. This role demands proven experience in trading technology and a deep commitment to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of delta-hedged algorithmic trading strategies, emphasizing quantitative models.
Ensure the optimization of trading infrastructure for speed, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives.
Maintain ownership of core development projects and lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in algorithmic programming, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Staff Engineering role, preferably in trading development.
Extensive experience in developing and executing algorithmic trading strategies, with a strong understanding of options pricing models and market microstructure.
Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies, alongside experience with trading platforms and data analysis tools.
Proficiency with CI/CD processes, including version control tools like Git and platforms such as GitLab.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of ownership and delivering impactful projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating across different teams and organizational levels.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced trading environment.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Algorithmic FX and Equity Futures Options Dealer to join our team in Limassol (on site only, not remotely). In this role, you will develop, implement, and oversee automated trading strategies for FX, equity futures options and futures markets. Collaborating closely with our trading team, you'll leverage your expertise in algorithmic trading to identify and exploit market opportunities. This position requires a deep understanding of financial markets, foundational programming skills, and proficiency in analyzing large datasets.

Qualifications

Essential Experience:

Strong track record in trading financial markets.
Proven expertise in developing and implementing trading algorithms, particularly in the FX and CFDs markets is mandatory.
Previous experience in a financial institution is mandatory.
Experience with high and low-frequency arbitrage strategies (e.g., latency arbitrage, triangular arbitrage, statistical arbitrage, vol premium arbitrage etc)
Experience with delta neutral strategies.
Technical Skills:

Experience in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling and Python
Knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/5, IBKR, TT, CQG) and API integrations.
Basic system administration skills.

Additional Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with crypto markets is a plus.
Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are an added advantage but not required.
