Position Title: IT Support Specialist
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Head of Technology.
Location: Fully Remote, with up to 2 hours difference from UTC.
General Purpose:
Serve as the first-line owner of day-to-day business automations and core IT services, including administration of Microsoft Power Automate flows, Azure Entra ID/Active Directory, Freescout helpdesk, and 3CX VoIP. Success in this role means maintaining uninterrupted workflows, rapidly diagnosing issues, and delivering clear, actionable solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Specific Objectives (~12 months):
- Ensure ≥98% of automated workflows run successfully without manual intervention.
- Achieve ≥75% first contact resolution rate for Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets.
- Maintain an average handle time of under 30 minutes for priority technical issues.
- Deliver 100% documentation coverage with up-to-date runbooks for all supported systems.
Key Activities:
- Monitor and respond to IT system alerts; define and implement new alerts as needed.
- Create, maintain, and optimize business process automations.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve technical issues across systems, devices, and user accounts.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and runbooks for all internal IT systems.
Key Competences:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and desktop) and Azure Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory architecture, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Organizational Units (OUs), and Microsoft 365 licensing models.
- Experience administering Freescout or similar PHP/Laravel-based helpdesk platforms in Docker or Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience managing 3CX or comparable VoIP PBX systems.
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or another automation-oriented language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Drive the reliability, scalability, and delivery velocity of our Windows-centric software platforms by partnering with C/C#/ .NET developers, architecting modern CI/CD pipelines in TeamCity, and owning production-grade monitoring and alerting systems.
Specific Objectives (~12 months):
- Transition 90% or more of code repositories to build and deploy via standardized TeamCity scripts.
- Deploy live SLO dashboards and reduce mean time to recovery (MTTR) by at least 50%.
- Achieve full infrastructure-as-code coverage for all Windows server configurations, with manual changes reduced to below 5%.
Key Activities:
- Design, implement, and maintain multi-stage CI/CD pipelines (build, test, scan, deploy, rollback) using TeamCity and Kotlin DSL.
- Administer and scale CI/CD infrastructure across Windows and Linux, including automated agent image builds and plugin integrations.
- Provision and configure Windows infrastructure—including IIS, SQL Server, and .NET runtimes—via infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- Implement observability tooling (metrics, logs, traces), define SLOs/SLAs, and integrate alerting systems with PagerDuty or Opsgenie.
- Automate OS patching, IIS configuration, certificate rotation, and optimize .NET CLR settings for performance.
- Collaborate with developers to promote pipeline-friendly coding, versioning, and artifact practices.
- Communicate infrastructure concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, lead incident retrospectives, and maintain runbooks using docs-as-code principles.
- Enforce security and compliance measures, including least-privilege access, secret rotation, and regular vulnerability scanning.
Key Competences:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles, including 2+ years at a senior or principal level.
- Proven ownership of CI/CD platforms, with a strong preference for TeamCity; experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions also valuable.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and at least one infrastructure-as-code tool (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CDK).
- Deep expertise in Windows Server and IIS administration, with solid working knowledge of Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with modern observability stacks such as Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills—able to distill complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Я не знаю как лучше. Сэмпл голоса плюс ноты равно запись - хорошо, но я учётом слов я не очень верю, что это возможно. А вот запись в нужном ритме и потом мышкой растащить её по нужным нотам - звучит логично. Если есть такой софт.
Друзья, а можно тех вопрос? Мне нужно записать многоголосие, и верхний голос выходит за мой вокальный диапазон. Есть какое-то приложение, которое на основе моей записи может в нужных местах поднять на высоту. Условно говоря, я пою всё на одной ноте, а потом софтом вывести это на нужную ноту с сохранением моего голоса, чтобы это не звучало как голос Масяни.
