We are looking for an HR Manager to play a key role in building and driving our HR processes. This is a hands-on role with real impact, offering a broad range of responsibilities beyond routine HR work.
What you will do:
- Build and implement HR systems and processes that support our rapid growth
- Drive recruitment and ensure a fully staffed, motivated team (sales managers, teachers)
- Foster a strong company culture, engagement, and low turnover
- Partner with leadership to design performance reviews, learning initiatives, and team communications
- Take ownership of diverse, cross-functional HR projects – from analytics to community building
What we expect:
- Confident English (both spoken and written) – a must
- 2+ experience in an HR role (HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar)

В связи с ростом компании мы ищем Sales Manager / Academic Coordinator в нашу команду в Минске.
Основные обязанности:
- Активная работа с потенциальными клиентами (тёплая база): обработка входящих запросов и коммуникация с клиентами с использованием amoCRM.
- Презентация образовательных продуктов и услуг, грамотное донесение их ценности.
- Работа с возражениями клиентов, предоставление корректной информации и поиск решений для успешного закрытия сделки.
- Ведение и актуализация клиентской базы данных для эффективной работы отдела продаж и маркетинга.
- Выстраивание долгосрочных отношений с клиентами: выявление потребностей, подбор индивидуальных решений и высокий уровень сервиса.
Требования:
- Английский язык — Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (устный и письменный), чёткое произношение и уверенное общение.
- Внимательность к деталям.
- Развитые коммуникативные и межличностные навыки.
- Опыт работы с CRM-системами будет преимуществом.

Vacancy : Admissions manager (coordinator manager)
We are Headway Institute — a language training center based in Dubai, UAE. For the past 13 years, we have been providing comprehensive educational services to students from around the world.
As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an Admissions Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming applications received via email
- Communicate with education agents and coordinate each stage of student admissions
- Prepare and send standard documents (provisional acceptance letters, invoices, confirmations)
- Maintain and update student records in CRM and internal tracking systems
- Track payments and record them in CRM
- Coordinate online assessments
- Organize the ordering of study materials
- Ensure study materials are delivered before the assessment date
- Send accommodation confirmations and other required document packages
- Arrange airport transfer confirmations and coordinate with drivers
Requirements:
- High level of responsibility and ownership
- Strong written English
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow processes

About the role:
Art Director is responsible for developing approaches, standards, and quality of visual design across all company products and channels.The main goal is to ensure a high level of user experience (UX) through consistent and modern design that aligns with company business objectives. The role requires focus on systematic approach, design process efficiency, and adaptability of visual solutions for the company's product. We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in working with brands across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and a keen eye for global design trends. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier design solutions that resonate across diverse markets.
Main Tasks and Areas of Responsibility:
- Development and evolution of unified approaches to UX/UI and visual style in products.
- Curation of design systems: documentation, updates, standards compliance.
- Visual content quality control, design review, development handoff.
- User scenario research and adaptation of visual solutions to local specifics.
- Management of creative team, companies hired for project tasks.
- Interaction with product, development, marketing, content teams.
- Creating environment for designers' growth: performance review, training, mentoring.
- Implementation and setup of design tools and platforms, automation of routine tasks.
Who we're looking for:
- 7+ years in design, 3+ years in managing creative and product-oriented teams.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI design, design systems, visual communication principles.
- Experience in scaling design function in international market (preferably in SaaS/fintech products).
- Knowledge and proficiency in tools: Figma, Adobe CC, AI tools, Notion, Miro.
- Team management skills, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews.
- English language proficiency, Russian is a strong plus.
