Headway Institute Dubai is an international language centre with offices in Dubai and Minsk, working with leading corporations, embassies, and institutions across the region. We offer high-quality language and training programmes and are growing rapidly through partnerships with schools and businesses.

We are looking for an HR Manager to play a key role in building and driving our HR processes. This is a hands-on role with real impact, offering a broad range of responsibilities beyond routine HR work.

What you will do:
- Build and implement HR systems and processes that support our rapid growth
- Drive recruitment and ensure a fully staffed, motivated team (sales managers, teachers)
- Foster a strong company culture, engagement, and low turnover
- Partner with leadership to design performance reviews, learning initiatives, and team communications
- Take ownership of diverse, cross-functional HR projects – from analytics to community building

What we expect:
- Confident English (both spoken and written) – a must
- 2+ experience in an HR role (HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar)
- Passion for people, processes, and continuous improvement
